If you subscribed to any of our packages, Silver, Gold or Platinum, we can quickly and easily make changes to your website for free. Send us an email with the changes you require and we will update your website for you. If you subscribed to our Platinum package and feel confident with making changes yourself, you may login to the simple Drag and Drop interface and make changes. We are available to assist, review and approve any changes if required.
Upon request, we can allow any authorised person with the necessary skills to make changes independently. We do recommend reviewing all content changes carefully prior to publishing. Mistakes are easily made. Should extra work be required to correct mistakes, fees may apply.
Yes. We will take into consideration your type of business, plus quality of any content you can provide us. For best presentation of your business we may need to purchase quality photographs, videos, or other content.
Yes. However, if we didn’t create or design your website, there can be a number of concerns. For example, if your website isn’t mobile friendly, it’s not practical to update some content without updating the website overall.
Yes, we can update any existing website. After reviewing all content we determine which is the most suitable option for you. Any fees will vary according to the extent of work involved.
Yes. If we are provided with appropriate, organized content, changes can be made regularly. The number of changes varies with each package, or an individual package can be created.
Yes. A number of factors will be considered upon reviewing the website. Including technical work, search engines, general improvements and mobile compatibility.
Yes. But we will extensively review your website first to determine if it’s possible for us to manage it. Some technical requirements must be met for us to manage and offer support.
No. Due to the extent of work and commitment involved with each project, this option is unavailable.
No, there is no fee for us to manage your domains, redirect or transfer them. We simply require the information to do so. We can also register a new domain if required (additional fees may apply).
Yes. Our custom option is calculated specific to the customer and project needs. Fees are applied for all work and services. We do recommend a support option for security and technology reasons.
The website and any other services will be suspended until payment is made. Late payments will incur an additional fee of $55 AUD. A suspended account will incur an additional $99 AUD administrative fee for reinstatement. With our packages we recommend a recurring monthly payment to avoid such concerns.
Each package has a recurring monthly payment if subscribed to the monthly payment option.
We provide invoices and banking information for all payments. We recommend creating an automatic recurring payment to avoid any inconvenience, overdue payments, late fees or possible account suspension.
Our packages are created with part payments already. However, we can make a more convenient payment plan if requested.
No. We provide accurate and reliable information upfront. Some services will have additional fees relative to customer requirements and customers are informed of any additional fees for services or features.
Our standard hourly rate for all work is $99 AUD. Occasionally we will provide clients with a discount determined by a combination of variables. Discounts are provided at our discretion.
No. We don’t change pricing during a contract period. However, our hourly rate is subject to possible changes.
All of our packages including Silver, Gold and Platinum have a minimum 12 month commitment period. Early cancellation and termination fees apply.
Yes. The remaining balance amount for the contract period must be paid in total. An early termination fee will also apply.
